Specializing in Men’s Mental Health and Addictions

1 in 5 Canadians will suffer from a mental disorder at some point in their lives and up to 76% of Canadians report they have experienced a traumatic event. Mental health is just as important as physical health. Recognizing that you could use some help is one of the most important steps towards improving your well being, but you’re not just taking care of yourself, you are taking care of those around you.

Practicing for 15 years as a specialist in men’s mental health and addictions, I understand the unique challenges and experiences that men face. Whether it’s anger management, substance abuse, anxiety, impulse control problems, or surviving trauma, I have the knowledge and expertise to help men overcome these struggles and lead healthier and happier lives.

Through a combination of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, counselling, and support, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for men to explore the underlying issues that contribute to their mental health concerns. Together, we can identify triggers, develop coping strategies, and work towards long-term recovery and personal growth.
